Warina Hussain is an Indian Actress and also a Model. Warina's debuted in Bollywood with the movie Loveyatri.

The ongoing crisis in Afghanistan has appalled the entire world. After the Taliban's takeover of many major cities, shocking visuals of people trying to flee the country have gone viral on social media. Many known personalities have raised their voice against this injustice, including actress Warina Hussain who hails from Afghanistan. Reportedly, she had shifted to Uzbekistan years ago because of a political turmoil in Afghanistan and then had moved to India. In an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, Hussain says that we can help the people of Afghanistan by voicing our opinion.

“I've chosen to do so for my friends and mother. If you stand up for a cause, people will label it as a publicity stunt, and if you don't, then they will criticize you. In either case, the decision is entirely up to the individual. However, I am seeing fewer people speaking up this time. I would like to ask all feminists and philanthropists to please speak out against injustice. Innocent people need you,” states Warina, further talking about the situation of women in the country now.

“Their independence is in jeopardy, and simple things like going for a walk outside and breathing fresh air will no longer be possible. Recently my friend went outside fully covered including the headscarf when some men threatened her saying it’s the last time we are warning you not to be seen again without a chadar. I just want to ask where are their basic human rights?,” questions Warina.

In a conversation with Pinkvilla recently, actress Shubhangi Atre had also opened up about the situation in Afghanistan. “It's unfortunate. My heart goes out to the families living there, the kids, and the female citizens. We never thought that something like this could take place, especially in today's time! Just waiting to see how, like always, the good wins over the bad,” she had said.

The ongoing Afghanistan Crisis has led to several celebrities sharing their experience of being in the country. Warina Hussain, who has co-starred with Salman Khan in Dabangg 3 and Aayush Sharma in Loveyatri speaks on the current crisis. In a chat with Hindustan Times, Warina spoke about fleeing the country twenty years ago. She said that her family had to move away from Afghanistan because of this war and turmoil and the current situation seems eerily similar to her.

Speaking about fleeing Afghanistan two decades back, Warina said, “It’s a difficult time for me and my family. It’s eerily similar to 20 years ago. It was because of this war and turmoil that my family was forced to flee Afghanistan, and now, many years later, I see other families losing their homes.” She added, “My memories will always be of family picnics, food, and a beautiful spring in  Kabul, which I doubt will ever be the same again; the only air one will now breathe will be of suppression”.

Further in the conversation, Warina mentioned that she is fortunate that India accepted her. “I was fortunate that India accepted me and became my home but I’m afraid that isn’t the case for everyone right now. Such a country’s conditions result in emergency immigration, resulting in thousands of refugees and asylum seekers arriving in neighboring countries, where immediate accommodation may be difficult,” said Warina.

Warina further spoke about United Nations intervention in the ongoing crisis. She said, “And for the United Nations to intervene. It’s the wish and plea of a woman who doesn’t want her fellow Afghan women to be treated as second-class citizens in their own nation”.

Actress Warina Hussain, who was seen in the romantic film Loveyatri, has announced her exit from social media. She shared a post on Instagram and quoted Aamir Khan’s statement from his last social media post on her personal handle. Though she did not reveal the exact reason for her exit, she assured her fans that her team will keep everyone updated about her upcoming films. The actress made her Hindi film debut with Loveyatri. She starred opposite Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma.

Taking it to her official Instagram handle, she wrote, “In Aamir sir’s language, dropping the pretense.” Meanwhile, the post reads, “Peace out. I remember reading somewhere that you don’t have to announce your departure because this isn’t an airport. But I’ll do so for my friends and fans, whose love has always been my strength. This is my last social media post but my team will continue to manage my account so you can stay up to date on my work. Lots of love – Alien.”

Fans were upset after reading the post and started dropping comments. One fan asked, ‘But Whyyy???’ Another wrote, “will definitely miss your presence .” Aamir Khan quit social media last month with a note which read, "Considering that I am SO active anyway, I have decided to drop the pretense."

Some Bollywood movies, no matter how good they might be, never really see the light of the day due to innumerable controversies. This might be true in the case of an upcoming movie that is being produced by Salman Khan himself. Yes! Produced by Salman Khan and starring Debutantes Ayush Sharma and Warina Hussain, Loveyatri seems to be one of those films that are not getting out of any trouble. Be it the Muzaffarnagar case or the recent change in the name from Loveratri to Loveyatri, the movie starring Salman’s brother-in-law is just turning out to be a controversial favorite child.

Now, yet again, another trouble seems to be brewing for the star cast, the director of the film, the producer Salman Khan and the censor board chairman as an FIR has been lodged against them in Gujarat. The case has been registered against them by residents of Vadodara, Gujarat in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate for demeaning Garba in the film and insulting the religious sentiments associated with it.

The case has been filed by residents Megha Ben Purohit and Praveen Tarbada with the help of their lawyer, Ranjan Kumar Jha. It will be heard on September 27, 2018, in Vadodara court. But, it looks like, trouble is a friend of the entire cast and crew of this film. Since the time the news of its release was out, something or the other kept happening which jeopardized the release of Salman Khan’s film. All we can hope now is that the issue gets resolved quietly and that the film releases on the set date of October 5, 2018.

The makers of Salman Khan's upcoming production titled Loveratri dropped the trailer of the film today. The film marks the debut of Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain in Bollywood and the film is directed by Abhiraj Minawala. In the film, they play the roles of Sushrut and Manisha respectively and the love story is set against the backdrop of the nine-day festival Navratri in Gujarat. The movie is produced by Salma Khan under Salman Khan Films and is slated to release on October 5, 2018.

Apart from Aayush and Warina, Loveratri also stars Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy as their respective onscreen fathers. The film's trailer starts with Warina coming to Gujarat to enjoy the Navratri festival and bumping into Aayush, who is a Garba teacher. Both fall in love in nine days but she returns to London much to his dismay. Aayush also follows Warina to London to win her heart but put it to the test by her dad played by Ronit.

Earlier, talking about Salman, Aayush said, "Salman Bhai has been very helpful in every way. He has been helping me in learning the craft and guiding me. Bhai has been teaching me how to get the character and understand it. He has been really helpful as he’s been training me for the past four years. He’s practically involved in every aspect of the film but yes, he has also given us a lot of creative freedom – like you go and explore the character, play with it, do something different and if you are going overboard I will let you know. Bhai just wants to make sure that everything’s fine but also believes in giving me and my director a lot of creative freedom in how we want to make the film, how the script is working etc."

It was a star-studded day in the city as many celebrities went about their day and were captured by the shutterbugs which included Sidharth Malhotra, Sunny Leone, and Loveratri's debut pair Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain. Sidharth Malhotra was spotted outside his management office and looked handsome in an oversized military styles sweatshirt which he paired with torn blue jeans and brown sneakers. The actor was seen exiting the office and leaving in his car.
