Vijay Suriya was born on 7th September 1990 in Bangalore, India. He is an Indian Actor who works predominantly in Kannada TV Series and Films. He shot to fame after his powerful performance in Agnisakshi, a Television serial which was aired on Colors Kannada.

Vijay hails from the garden city of India, Bangalore. His father, Nagaraj along with his elder brother Ravi Suriya shifted to Dubai and his mother Lalitamba stay with him in Bangalore. He completed his schooling from Clarence Public School, Bangalore and finished his graduation from Christ College, Bangalore. After pursuing his graduation he came to Mumbai and joined Subhash Ghai's famous acting school Whistling Woods International Film Acting School.
He started his acting career by acting in short films. He had the privilege to work with Jackie Shroff in Arati Kadav's film Uss Paar.
Vijay Suriya made his film debut in 2012, with the film "Crazy Loka." He rose to prominence with the Television Show Agnisakshi. Through this serial, he has already established himself as an actor. His upcoming projects are among the most awaited ones, wherein he will be seen in a lead role in Hemanth Hegde's thriller Mattomme Shhh. He has also been cast as the solo lead in Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar's untitled film.
