After making her film debut with the role of Babita Kumari in the biographical sports film Dangal (2016), she starred in the comedy-drama Badhaai Ho (2018), both of which rank among the highest-grossing Indian films. Sanya Malhotra could be a fresh face in the Indian business industry. She is a professional dancer and is currently planning to create her debut in the Indian movie industry. Sanya Malhotra has appeared as Aamir Khan’s girl in the movie Dangal. She got her desirable role after several months of auditions. She would like to work with superstar Ranbir Kapoor.

In 2013, after completing her graduation, Sanya came to Mumbai to participate in Zee TV’s dance reality show “Dance India Dance“, but passed beyond the top 100. Later on, after failing in “Dance India Dance”, Sanya stayed in Mumbai to try her luck in acting and started doing different commercials.
Sanya Malhotra earned fame with the biggest Bollywood blockbuster hit of 2016, “Dangal“, where she acted in the role of “Babita Kumari Phogat“, daughter of “Mahavir Singh Phogat“. “Babita Kumari Phogat” was the one who had won a gold medal in the 2014 “Commonwealth Games”. Sanya competed against around 10,000 girls at the auditions to get “Babita Kumari Phogat” in “Dangal”.
