Apart from this, Namita Thapar is also the founder of Young Entrepreneur Academy, a franchisee of Incredible Ventures Limited, USA, which teaches entrepreneurship to children in the age group of 11 to 18 years. Presently YEA is operational in 6 cities of India namely Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. Namita also serves as a Board Member on the India Regional Advisory Board of the Fuqua School of Business. She also serves as a board member of Finolex Cables and is an active member of the Young President’s Organization (Pune).
