Kannur Lokesh Rahul aka KL Rahul is an Indian international cricketer. Rahul plays for Karnataka in domestic cricket and captains Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Kannur Lokesh Rahul aka KL Rahul was born and raised in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. Rahul finished his high school at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) English Medium School and pre-university at St. Aloysius College. Kannur Lokesh Rahul, who was a fan of the legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar, wanted to name his son after Gavaskar but mistook Rohan Gavaskar’s name for Rahul. Kannur Lokesh Rahul returned to form with a match-winning 62* in the One Day International (ODI) series and was involved in a 100-run stand with debutant Hardik Pandya’s brother Krunal Pandya, who scored 50. The cricketer continued his form with 108 runs in the 2nd One Day International (ODI) and was involved in another 100-run partnership with left-hand batsman and wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant.
