Tollywood superstar Mahesh babu's upcoming film Sakari Vaari Paata is all released on may 12   The makers of the film hosted a grand pre-release event yesterday in Hyderabad, attended by Mahesh Babu, Keerthy Suresh, director Parusuram and others. As always, Mahesh Babu looked charming, this time in an orange shirt that he teamed with denim while Keerthy opted for a glittering saree look. 

Thousands of fans had gathered to catch a glimpse of their favorite star, Mahesh Babu. It was a jam-packed event as moviegoers cannot wait to know what was in store for them next. Ahead of the event, the superstar penned an open letter for his fans and also shared an update on his next film.

He wrote, "The entire shooting and post-production works of Sarkaru Vaari Paata are wrapped up and I loved how Parusuram helmed this film. The movie will release on May 12th and kindly watch it only in your theatres. The songs that are released are already creating a sensation and I am confident that the movie will turn out to be a blockbuster. I will begin the regular shoot of my next film in the month of June this year in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas.(Sic)"

There are films that leave an impact on you and then are films like Saani Kaayidham which will not leave you. When a beautiful family is destroyed because of the caste, head weight, pride, and ego of men in a village, what can happen next is unimaginable and unbelievable. But is the justice served? Saani Kaayidham starring Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan skipped theatrical release and is directly streaming on Amazon Prime Video. 

The film itself has three parts showing different phases of the story that open with Sangayya (Selvaraghavan) and Ponni (Keerthy Suresh) in a hurry to kill a woman and burn her to ashes. In the very next scene, Maari (Kanna Ravi) gets into a fight with colleagues and loses his job. When he goes home, his wife Ponni asks him to be a little responsible and apologize to his boss to get his job back. Instead of accepting Maari's apology, the owner of the mill begins a dirty fight that brings the most unexpected twists in the film. 

The first person who deserves all the appreciation for her outstanding performance in this film is Keerthy Suresh. She has given her career's best performance and terrifies you with her presence on the screen. In a de-glam, raw and rustic avatar, and of course with her unbelievable talent, Keerthy will make you fall in love with her. That one person who brings the best out of Ponni deserves a medal and he is none other than Selvaraghavan who plays Ponni's brother. Undoubtedly, he nailed his act. He steals the show with his performance. There are quite a lot of characters in the film that have a lot to offer in each scene of the flick and they all have given their best. 

Saani Kaayidham is directed by Arun Matheswaran and through this film, he has made it very clear that women are more powerful than the world thinks they are. When the life of a woman, who has some dreams for herself and her family, is destroyed by a group of men who think they are superior to her, she shows them their place and the vengeance she has for them is something the world can't believe or stand. That's what Saani Kaayidham is all about.

The amount of violence in this film is immense but is also the soul of the film as it shows the pain Ponni and Sangayya are going through and are paying for what they shouldn't have. Also, it is about the bond of siblings and why they need each other.

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh Starrer Sarkaru Vaari Paata are gearing up for the big-screen release. Directed by Parasuram, the film is all set to release worldwide on May 12. Post-production works are underway for the movie. Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh has completed the dubbing for the film. The stunner has shared about the same on Twitter alongside a photo with Thaman and director Parasuram. 

Captioning the photos from the dubbing session, Keerthy wrote, "Final touches for dubbing are done! Can't wait for everyone to see Super (star emoticon) @urstrulymahesh in this one. A treat for all his fans!). SVP is going to be an absolute treat for Mahesh babu fans says, Keerthy Suresh. Music sensation S Thaman has scored soundtracks for the movie. The makers so far released two songs- Kalaavathi and Penny.  

Sarkari Vaari Paata is backed jointly by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta, and Gopichand Achanta under Mythri Movie Makers, GMB Entertainment, and 14 Reels Plus banners. The film has cinematography by R Madhi, while Marthand K Venkatesh takes care of editing and AS Prakash is the art director.

Who cannot relate to taking a Sunday nap with their furry friends? Keerthy Suresh also enjoyed the weekend by getting some rest with her pet Nike. In the recent picture posted by the National Award-winning actress, she can be seen sleeping next to her buddy. She chose to caption the photo, "After the Sunday lunch at work @iamnyke". 

Tamil director Selvaraghavan has turned actor in the upcoming film Saani Kaayidham, which will also have Keerthy Suresh in the lead. The film is skipping theatrical release and will premier directly on Amazon Prime Videos on May 6th. The makers also released the teaser and promises a revenge crime thriller that will keep you hooked to the seats.

Going by the teaser, Keerthy Suresh is a revelation with no make-up rural woman look, who is consumed by revenge mindset. Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan are likely to feature as a brother and sisters in the film. Sharing the teaser, the actress wrote, I have been waiting to show you all my favorite characters for a long time and there you go! Here’s Presenting Ponni and Sangaiyyah from #SaaniKaayidham."

Touted to be a crime thriller, the film will be directed by Arun Matheswaran. Filmmaker Selvaraghavan will be facing the camera for the first time in Saani Kaayidham. Saani Kaayidham is based on a real-life incident and is billed as a revenge action-drama, set against the backdrop of the 1980s. Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan are likely to feature as a brother and sisters in the film. It also stars Lizzie Antony in a key role. 

Produced by Seven Screen Entertainment, the film will have Yuvan Shankar Raja composing the music. Yamini Yagnamurthy, who worked in Vaanum Kottatum, will be in charge of cinematography for this film. Editor Nagooran and art director Ramu Thangaraj are also part of the technical crew.

Meanwhile, coming to work terms, Keerthy Suresh will be starring alongside superstar Mahesh Babu in the romantic comedy Sarkaru Vaari Paata, directed by Geetha Govindam fame director Parasuram. She is also teaming up with Fahadh Faasil and Vadivel in Mari Selvaraj’s directorial project titled, Maamannan. The film produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies will also see him playing an important role in the film.
