It is well known by now that a lot of actors have been taking part in the now-famous acting challenge. However, Hippi movie actress, Digangana Suryavanshi completed the challenge like a walk in the park months before the challenge was even started. The new acting challenge consists of actors emoting six emotions - sad, guilty, manipulative, accused, breakdown, and free. Digangana, in her video, emoted eleven emotions within sixty seconds

The actress went from happy, frustrated, angry, nervous, paranoid, helpless, hopeless, cheated, breaking down, ashamed, and strong within a minute’s time. Digangana Suryavanshi made this video to raise awareness around mental health and exhibited various states of depression in her video. The latest acting challenge has been attempted by actors like Hina Khan, Bandagi Kalra, and many others. The challenge was started by actress Eliana Ghen who appeared in Netflix’s hit show ‘Insatiable’.

Sharing the video of her emotions on Instagram, Digangana wrote, “I strongly believe that mental health is the driving force behind all our decisions, actions, and our happiness. Simple thoughts that make really big differences! This lockdown, COVID 19 situations around the world, and conversations around it have been depressive and this word “Depression” has really been hitting my mind, and I’ve been thinking about it. How I look at situations is always trying to see the brighter side of everything as I believe that keeps me motivated, healthy, and happy, of course, there’s a reality which can be very harsh sometimes but I’ve always dealt with situations with positivity as I believe all shall pass by”.

"I have lived in that house and, honestly, I feel that once you come out after living in that house it becomes very difficult to watch that show. I often watch it on Saturdays and Sundays thanks to (show host) Salman (Khan) sir. I enjoy watching him on television. I have been following bits and pieces of the show. One interesting thing about 'Bigg Boss' is that whether you follow it or not, it is widely discussed on social media, so you kind of get to know what's happening," said Digangana.

TV star Digangana takes a diplomatic line when you ask her to name her favorite contestant in the current season. "There are so many known faces from the television industry in the current season of the show. I am not really following the show but I am fond of almost everyone in the house, especially contestants from the television industry," she said.

Talking about her upcoming projects, she said: "I am very excited about my upcoming projects. Right now, I am doing a Hindi film and a couple of other things. We will soon make formal announcements about those projects. Due to lockdown, our life has become a bit slow, but then I look forward to being on sets very soon."

Shivin Narang is winning hearts as Rudra in Beyhadh 2 opposite Jennifer Winget aka Maya. With the Coronavirus lockdown, fans are missing Mayra on-screen, but there's some good news for Shivin's fans. Well, the actor's old show Ek Veer Ki Ardaas: Veera is back on TV. Yes, the show is being re-run to entertain the audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While there's no doubt about the fact that Shivin as Rudra is commendable, we cannot miss his fanatic performance in Veera that made him a household name.

In a recent conversation, Shivin shared his feelings on the return of Veera, and his journey with the show and also spilled some secrets about it. Expressing his happiness about the show's comeback, Shivin said that it is a great feeling as the show revolved around the strong bond shared between a brother and sister. He revealed that the show is already airing in fifty 50 countries in different languages globally. And this call of airing it once again in India is extremely thrilling. People who could not watch the show back then will now get a chance to enjoy it.

The actor mentions that he feels lucky and proud to be a part of an amazing concept like Veera. When asked if he and his family is catching up with the re-run, the handsome hunk answered in the affirmative. He said that since they all are in quarantine, they all are watching the show, and it is making them nostalgic.

Shivin went on to make a big revelation about taking up Ranvijay Sampooran Singh's role in the drama. He said that when the show was offered to him it had gone through a leap, so he was not keen and interested in doing it. But later, his parents who were huge fans of Veera convinced him to sign the dotted line. The actor said that his family had pushed hard for it. And now he is elated to have obeyed their requests as it turned out to be one of the most popular characters of his career.

Talking about his role further, Shivin said that he was very young went he took up Veera. As an actor, he had not done much, and this show thought him the nuances of acting. He shared that people still recognize him as his character from the show. Shivin added that today many shows come and go, but when viewers relate to a show that is off the air and misses it, it just proves the success of the show.

Speaking of playing the grown-up version of Ranveer, he said he did not imitate the young actor, but he adapted everything from him. Right from the way young Ranveer walked to his talking style, he adapted all his mannerisms. He stated that the character was loved so much that he became Veer Ji for everyone and people looked at him as their brother.

Recalling one of his emotional fan moments, Shivin revealed that while he was at the airport once, a girl came up to him, hugged him, and started crying. The girl had lost her brother, and she remembered him as she saw me. The show starred Digangana Suryavanshi as Veera. What are your thoughts on Veera's return? Are you excited to watch the brother-sister bond again? Let us know in the comment section below.

After making her debut in the South film industry with the Telugu movie Hippi, Hindi TV actress Digangana Suryavanshi has bagged a Tamil film. Digangana's Tollywood debut film Hippi opened to an average response but nothing has stopped the actress from spreading her talent wings. Well, the young talent is pretty excited about her second South film titled, Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae. In an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, Digangana Suryavanshi shared about bagging another South film, replacing Rhea Chakraborty in Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae.

Director TN Krishna's Telugu film Hippi starring Kartikeya Gummakonda and Digangana Suryavanshi has finally hit the screens today. The film has opened to a positive response from the audience and critics alike. The romantic-comedy-drama has bankrolled the movie under his banner V Creations. Digangana Suryavanshi who has been a part of Bigg Boss Hindi makes her South debut with this film and must say, she has got a good start. The young actress in a recent conversation with us spoke about her chemistry with Kartikeya, her challenge to learn Telugu, and a lot more.

Wow.. well... things falling in place is God’s grace. I try and keep up with my work, my decisions are definitely based on prioritizing what I wanna do next. Bigg Boss was quite a decision as I was 17 then... Then took some time from tv and only focused on films, fortunately, worked out well... I’ve always been inclined towards the south industry, making films here, stories, really talented people... So yea it was in some part of my mind, so I received calls for Hippi, I flew to Chennai to meet the team, I thought I was gonna meet just the director maybe but to walk into a room with Thanu sir, Krishna sir, RD sir (DOP), Poorthi (Designer) I was quite overwhelmed, I knew it the very first meeting that this is gonna be a good decision looking at the confidence and passion of everyone in the room and we finalized things on the same day...

Well... initially to start with, very very new! It took me about a week to get my first schedule line which was in Srilanka... so that week in Hyderabad, I’d do reading with Krishna sir, Kasi (written dialogues in Telugu), and assistant directors, right from marking all meaning in English to understanding the mood of every scene precisely, to hearing voice memos... it was all of that but very happy with the outcome, didn’t have to take any prompting, I don’t like it, I memorized all my lines irrespective of how big they were.

The ex-Bigg Boss contestant who turns 19 this year, spoke to us about her birthday plans. She said, ''I am going to celebrate it with my friends and family and the first thing I wake up to is my mother and father singing a happy birthday song to me. That feeling is so special.'' Going by the pictures,  it seems she had a grand ceremony where she was showered with milk and Panchamrut as a yearly ritual. "We don't waste the milk and everything is served to the trees as the liquid is collected in the tub," said Digangana. Her proud parents Neeraj Suryavanshi and Sarita Suryavanshi were present and attended to all guests personally. Her mother Sarita said, "I keep my daughter as a princess and she was born on Sharad Purnima, and coincidentally this year, it's on a full moon day again.

Digangana Suryavanshi shot to fame with her portrayal of Veera in the Star Plus show Ek Veer Ki Ardaas - Veera. Post the show, she also participated in Salman Khan's reality game show Bigg Boss, but could not survive in the house for long. Now, after being away from the limelight for many years, she is back and is all set to mark her debut in the film industry.

Speaking about being away for so many years, Digangana told the Times of India, "I wanted to use my transition phase in a constructive way and focus on how I look because when you are growing up in the public eye, it gets chaotic. I needed to lose those extra kilos, and I also cut my hair, as suggested by Salman (Khan) sir.”

Another reason for the break, she said, is that she wishes to venture into the film industry now. She said, "I didn’t want to take up a project on TV, also because I wanted to make the shift to films. I have a lot of respect for TV and can do a daily soap whenever I want to because I am not running out of age or time. But I can’t be committed to a daily show if I want to try my luck in films. Also, when you are visible on TV, as an actor, there is nothing fresh to offer to films.”

She further added, "Unlike TV, you don’t get too many chances in films. On the small screen, if you get bad ratings one week, you have another week to improve it. However, films are a three-day game. I was petrified while making the decision (to shift to films), as I didn’t know if it would work. I knew that I wanted to do films, but had no connections. I had to start from scratch.”

However, Digangana's hard work has brought her results. She has signed three films already, two of them with Govinda. When questioned about why did she not choose a young actor to debut with, she said, "Younger actors should have a reason to work with me and it’s up to me to give them that reason. Even if my film doesn’t do well, people will know what I am capable of. The industry welcomes people who are talented and is more accepting of outsiders. You can wear great make-up, look your best, and saunter into big parties, but if you are not a good actor, you won’t last. Nobody is going to serve success on a platter. Why would anyone invest a certain amount of money, when they are not sure if I can get them the returns? I would like to work with big banners, but what would I introduce myself with? There are so many people of the same race and there is no reason why anybody would focus on me.”

Digangana said that she wants her success to be hers alone and that she does not want people to say that someone did something for her and that's why she got the film. Like many others, Digangana too has found a guide in Salman Khan. When asked whether she ever expected him to launch her into the film industry, Digangana replied, "I would really love to work with Salman sir. He has been there for me and that’s really nice of him. But expecting him to launch me in a film is a bit too much. Even if I am on great terms with someone, I won’t ask him/her for favors. By God’s grace, if I get to work with him, it would be a dream come true.”

The handsome hunk Shivin Narang turned a year older yesterday. The actor who is busy with his work commitments, at times is unable to give quality time to his family. So on the special occasion, his family had come down to Mumbai to celebrate their darling son's birthday.

"My family is coming to Mumbai to celebrate my birthday and I will spend my day with them. Then late evening I am going out of town for a week. So I hope it will be exciting", said Shivin on being asked about his birthday plans. Ask him about the most memorable birthday he has spent to date, and he says, "All my birthdays are memorable to me. I get lots of love and gifts from my family and friends. They all make my birthday special and memorable each time. Also, More than any other song I like it when all my friends sing Happy Birthday to me".So Cute! Shivin was last seen in Ek Veer Ki Ardaas - Veera and is still remembered as the protective brother Ranvijay to his little sister Veera played by Digangana Suryavanshi.

These exams are for students who could not appear for exams in March or who failed in some subjects and wanted to reappear for the final exams. But because of this, I have no update on the rescheduling of these exams. It's very annoying to just keep waiting. There are people who keep asking me ‘Arre graduation complete Nahi Hua Abhi take?’ and I feel so irritated when I tell them that I am yet to appear for my final exams for my last year. I just want to get done with my graduation now,” says Digangana, who was planning to go ahead with a master's degree in psychology after completing her graduation this year.

“If I am not able to give exams this year, I will have to wait until next year to give my final year exams. I will be wasting one whole year. I am really sad about it as I am someone who has always prioritized my education, even though I started acting at a young age. I would not have bothered this much if it was the first or second year of graduation, but this is the final year and I feel so frustrated that I might have to wait another year just to give exams and finally be a graduate,” actress shares.

Digangana adds that while she might start shooting next month, she will still make time for her exams if they are scheduled around the same time. “I am not going to miss my exams at any cost. I already regret not appearing for them in March. There are some people who keep asking me why I bother so much about having a degree when I am already working, but for me and my family, education is important and I want to complete it while I am working,” says Digangana.

Speaking about her zeal for acting and starting out young, Digangana Suryavanshi said, "It started off as fascination probably. I was so young and I wanted to be on television. But my papa told me that I have to go to an audition."Digangana said that initially, her parents thought this was just a phase for her and later, realized that it wasn't just a phase."I was happier on the sets than at school.
