The actress has stated that 21 years of her career would not have happened only because of nepotism. She further says, “My struggle is there but it isn’t as interesting as somebody who comes with just Rs 10 in his pocket on a train. Yeah, it’s not been that and I can’t be apologetic about it.”

Sushant Singh Rajput left for his heavenly abode on 14th June 2020 and for those who remember, his ex-manager Disha Salian passed away six days earlier. Amid the investigations that are going on right now, an old video of Disha has surfaced in which she is seen dancing with a couple of friends. This video was reportedly shot amidst the lockdown period in India.

The debates and controversies related to Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise continue to surface on various platforms. In the midst of all this, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has made a shocking allegation stating that the actress was not allowed to attend Sushant’s funeral. Her name was reportedly taken off the list of 20 people who were allowed to attend the late actor’s last rites.

For the past few days, Aditya Thackeray’s name has been linked to the late Sushant Singh Rajput’s case on various platforms. For the unversed, he is Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s son. There have been speculations that he was present at Sushant’s residence a day before the late actor passed away. Aditya has now shared a statement in which he has clarified about having no connection with the aforementioned case.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, which has been one of the most heartbreaking news of the year, has opened a can of worms and has instigated several speculations over what transpired with him. In fact, there have been reports linking Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s son Aditya Thackeray to Sushant’s unfortunate death. The media reports suggested that Aditya was present at a party at the late actor’s residence a night before he took the drastic step. And now, days after the speculations surfaced against the young politician, Aditya has released a sharp statement over the matter.

The young Shiv Sena leader has clarified that he has no connection with the MS Dhoni: The Untold Story actor’s demise. Aditya shared the statement in Marathi and slammed the personal remarks made against him and his family. “People are doing mud-slinging on me personally and members of the Thackeray family... I have no connection with #SushantSinghRajput's death in any manner. This is politics over someone's death,” he said in the statement.

Meanwhile, Sushant’s case has been coming up with new twists by the day. While his family has filed an FIR against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty accusing her of abetment to suicide along with exploiting him financially, his friends have asserted that the late actor can never take such a drastic step in life. Besides, Sushant’s former assistant has claimed that the actor had changed post his Europe trip with Rhea last year.

Social media is a funny place to be and while all the good does get publicized, more often than not, a lot of negativity and trolling happens too. And recently, as Disha Patani was snapped with Aditya Thackeray, the actress was subjected to heavy trolling and the comments that did come out of it were mainly puns that included Tiger. However, looks like Disha does have an answer after all, and it is a rather sensible one. Disha went on to question how do friends don't go out for dinners and lunches together? She also added how she can't have only female friends and that she cannot choose the gender of the friends she hangs out with. Adding further on how everyone has friends who are both male and female, Disha also said how she has chosen a profession where she is constantly under the radar and that if people judge, she does not care.

Meanwhile, Bharat has performed extremely well and the actress has also been receiving a lot of love and appreciation for the same. Disha also spoke about the film and its success and added how she is happy everyone has accepted the film well and that it has put her in a happy zone.

Her part is set in the 1960s era of Bharat, and hence this gave Disha a chance to channel her inner retro diva. Disha was recently clicked by her friend and Shiv Sena's youth wing leader Aditya Thackeray in Juhu. Disha was seen sporting a coral red crop top paired with a short denim skirt which gave this beautiful damsel a very fresh look. Aditya, on the other hand, was dressed casually for the evening in a yellow t-shirt and jeans.

The M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story actress has left a permanent mark in the minds of the audiences, all thanks to the Bharat song, 'Slow Motion. The leggy lass is seen shaking a leg with superstar Salman Khan in the foot-tapping number, which made the audience rise from their seats and dance along. To prove her successful act in the "Slow Motion' song, Disha posted on her Instagram account a video of the audience dancing to this peppy number. 

Disha surely has managed to increase her fan following post the release of Bharat which received a thundering opening at the box office. The film garnered Rs 42.30 crore at the domestic box office and became the highest grosser in Bollywood for the year 2019. The film was noted as one of the most ambitious projects of the megastar Salman Khan. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, this film also had Katrina Kaif starring opposite Salman Khan and actors like Sunil Grover, Nora Fatehi, and Jackie Shroff essaying essential roles.

Akshay Kumar is one of the fittest celebrities in B-town and there is no doubt that the 'PadMan' actor follows a strict regimen for that. His love for martial arts is also well-known and the actor has managed to instill it in his kids as well. To take his love for fitness and martial arts forward, the actor recently joined hands with Yuva Sena Chief Aditya Thackeray. The duo was spotted in Mumbai's Thane on Saturday morning at a self-defense training camp for girls.

This is not the first time that the actor has been part of such an event. The camp has trained more than 75,000 girls across Maharashtra until now for free. Akshay also demonstrated some techniques to the young girls who had gathered for the session. The actor often takes time out from his busy schedule and trains with young girls to teach them basic self-defense techniques.

Recently, the actor, who has been instrumental in bringing discussions on menstrual hygiene to the fore with his film PadMan, joined hands with an organization for a nationwide running event for menstrual hygiene awareness.

On the professional front, Akshay’s upcoming movie Kesari, also starring actress Parineeti Chopra, will hit cinema screens this Holi, on March 21. The movie is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions while Anurag Singh is helming it.

We all know that Akshay Kumar along with Aditya Thackeray opened a martial arts training institute for women in Mumbai. The institute trains females in self-defense free of cost. The course is for three months and today was the certification function of the same.

At the event, Alia Bhatt joined hands with Akshay and Aditya to give away the certificates to the students who were part of the course. Dressed prettily in a white shirt and shorts, the Highway actor was elated to be part of the event. She got a chance to hear inspirational stories from the girls which made her emotional.

They all had a gala time at the event. Alia and Akshay interacted with the students and were all smiles posing for the shutterbugs.

The Central Government has approved a CBI inquiry toward the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut alleged that there was a conspiracy to connect the Maharashtra minister and youth leader Aditya Thackeray with the death of Sushant. Recently netizens revealed a sensational claim accusing Aditya Thackeray involved in the death of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s son Aditya had clarified that he had nothing to do with the Sushant Singh Rajput case and that he and his family were being targeted without any reason. He had said that dirty politics is going on in India after the death of the actor. PUNE Maharashtra Environment Minister Aaditya Thackeray on Saturday said a detailed presentation will be held with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to ensure scientific work in the Mula-Mutha river development plan. Thackeray’s comments are likely to put breaks in the mega project, currently being pushed aggressively by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the PMC.

Thackeray was on a tour in Pune when he met a delegation of locals and activists. During the meeting, activists raised concerns about the river development plan and described the perils of the project to the minister.

“Met with Punekars having concerns with some aspects of the riverfront development plans being non-sustainable for Pune’s flood lines and carrying capacity. Have assured them a detailed presentation with the PMC to ensure there’s scientific work in the Mula Mutha revival project,“ Thackeray tweeted after the meeting.

Earlier on Friday, Pune Municipal Corporation during its general body meeting gave a nod to handing over the contract for the Sangamwadi-Bund garden stretch. The PMC general body approved ₹250 crores. Even though the PMC has approved the project, the state government can put it on hold, said, officials.
